FAQ
How do I book?
Click on the above links, choose your preferred time slot, and a booking link and invoice will be sent directly to your email. Full payment is required within 48 hours to secure your booking. It's as simple as that!
How often are mini sessions held?
Due to the nature of these mini sessions being Christmas themed, this package cannot be booked or redeemed on any other dates outside of these.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Should you need to reschedule your time slot, then alternate spots will be based on remaining availability.
If you cannot attend your session entirely, then the spot will be made available to be rebooked. If cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the session date and the spot becomes filled, then a full refund will be issued. If not, a 50% refund will be issued. For cancellations within 7 days of the session for any reason other than illness, where the spot cannot be filled, no refund will be issued.
Can I purchase more images?
Your package includes 10 high resolution digital images for you to download. After your session, a full watermarked gallery will be delivered, from where you are able to select your favourite 10 to keep. Should you love your images too much to decide, then the full gallery can be purchased for an additional $175.
