Hi, I’m Jennifer. I'm the face behind Jen Freeborn Photography.
I'm a Photographer, Midwife, and mum to three little people. Every aspect of my life revolves around women, motherhood and families.
I've always been drawn to the power and beauty of women and motherhood, and the unconditional love a mother has for her children. It wasn't until I became a mother myself that I found my passion in capturing it all in photographs. Motherhood has transformed me in every way and I want to be able to look back in the years to come and reminisce every fleeting season.
So here I am, wanting to do the same for you. I want to help you look back and remember every tiny detail - the way your partner gives you belly laughs as you navigate this crazy journey together, the size of your little one's hands and how their little body feels snuggled into yours. More importantly, I want for your little ones to look back one day and see just how magnificent you are, and how fierce you loved them.

Fill in the form
Get in touch by filling in my contact form here. I aim to get back to you within 2-3 business days to chat about your vision for your session and to discuss potential session dates. There are sunrise, sunset, weeknight, weekend and in-home or studio sessions available depending on your preferences. Once we have agreed on a session type and date, then a $100 is required to secure your booking. After a booking is secured, you will receive lots of information to help you prepare. From tips and tricks on how to prepare kids, to a style guide to help you put outfits together - no stone is left unturned.

getting to know you
In the weeks leading up to your session. I will be in touch to discuss session more specific details and location options. I will also send you a short questionnaire to learn more about you, your family, and what you would love most from your session.
This helps me create an experience that feels personal and capture the moments that matter most to you.

Photo day
There's nothing left for you to do. Leave all the responsibilities and distractions at home - this time is about slowing down and connecting with the people you love most in the world. Relax, play, snuggle, laugh, and I'll be there to capture it all as it happens. No need to worry about 'not knowing what to do' or 'not being photogenic' - I'm here to guide and prompt you, to ensure that I capture every tiny detail, every genuine smiles and the love that fills the space between you.

Gallery delivery
About 3-4 weeks after your session, I'll deliver a full watermarked gallery for you to look through. Sit back, grab some tissues and choose your favourite images to keep. If you fall in love with more than you planned, don't worry - you can easily upgrade and add extra images to your final collection. Once you've finalised your selections, your online gallery will delivered, ready to download, share or print. Your memories - yours forever to enjoy however you like.
